caffeine doesn't bother me. I could slam two red bulls and go to sleep.

Well congratulations, fancy boy.

Anecdotally I can say that I wait about 2 hours after waking up before I drink coffee and I never have a crash. I wasnt doing it intentionally but I usually drink water and creatine when first waking up/on the way to work and don't make a cup of coffee until I get into the office.

Why? Huberman was just talking about this on JRE a couple of days ago. Just wait about an hour before ingesting caffeine and you should get all the same effects with no crash.

Same thing works with cigs

I recall him talking not about a crash but about experiencing withdrawals if you don’t have it.

But all you need to do is take some Tylenol for the headache, which is basically what the withdrawal amounts to in my experience.

Really strange this back thing. Made a huge difference today.

I can’t read the OT or PT after having caffeine, I get too much anxiety about all the crime and doomer threads

This morning I unintentionally drank caffeinated coffee for the first time in a couple months, and just when I realized my mistake is when I realized my back was much better all of a sudden. Mood was also lifted, and I felt energetic… like you’re supposed to feel when you drink caffeine.

So you hate your fellow man and want us to be miserable. Be gone, Satan.

Quite the contrary. I want you to experience the good feeling caffeine brings again.

Nah, I’m good with my light caffeine addiction.

I’ve watched a lot of shows and documentaries about addiction and I have yet to see someone lose the family, house, job, and start sucking the D in an alley to get a cup of coffee.

So I’m good
