My wife, son, and I all had that last week. Hit me after I got to Dallas for work. Thought it was food poison but my wife called to tell me they were both sick, plus I had a fever. Lasted a solid 36 hours with two days until back to normal. It was awful.

We are in Houston, so not sure if it's coincidence with yours.
