It’s a culture of lawlessness that’s taken over. It’s always siding against the police, and always with the perp, and always disruptive and divisive. No rational thought is put into it, as it plays upon unwarranted fears, urban legends, and racial shite dating back to the 60’s. It really works on the uneducated.
