The website 4chan started saying the OK hand symbol was a symbol for white supremacy as a joke knowing democrats and their propoganda wing (the mainstream media) would fall for it.
Naturally, it worked; even to a point where the Chicago Cubs banned a fan from their stadium for using it.
Now conservatives point the symbol out every time anyone uses it to show how ridiculous it all is.
