State wants to revamp Nicholson down ramp

Another study
BR has a lot of traffic issues that the state needs to help fix, but on a scale of 1-10 with ten being the most important, I have to give this a 1. I don't really believe it's important to extend the down ramp, add traffic signals, etc.
It seems this is more of a favor for developers, than a key improvement.
If they want to do something here, maybe they should start by replacing the directional sign at the bottom of the ramp which was knocked over at least 15 years ago which directed drivers to Highland or Nicholson.

The nicholson/lee intersection would be a good start.
