I'm not saying I'm not wrong, it has happened many times before (ask my wife). But what am I so wrong about?

Sort of....it's all about the warranty. IF you have it repaired where State Farm wants you to have it repaired, the work is warrantied for life. IF you have it repaired some place else, you're on your own.

I hear the AG Buddy Caldwell has filed suit against SF for all that. Gotta pretend to serve the public during election time.
At a collision association meeting earlier this year/late last year, I actually asked Buddy what happens to the suit if he's not re-elected this year (because i honestly don't know), he deflected and didn't answer.
