My team just won the South Carolina Dixie Youth State Tournament and we are headed to Ruston for the World Series.

We don’t have a single Jaxon or Brayden on the roster. Do we stand a chance?

What age group?

Aren’t like only 8 teams in these Dixie Youth World Series?

Congratulations! Your chances are slightly decreased without those names, but still have a good chance.

This is the one that was supposed to be in Morgan City but they moved it to Ruston because of Hurricane Barry?

Naw, this one has been planned for Ruston for awhile now. All new fields with artificial turf. Supposed to be nice.

World Series

There’s about 100 “World Series” tournaments on any given weekend.

Stand a good chance of spending a ton of money.
Zero chance of winning against teams that fly a PO from California for the wknd.

Ruston is by far the nicest small town in Louisiana.

Dixie Youth ain't travel ball! Dixie Youth is one step above rec ball. You can tell by the location of the "World Series". Travel ball "world series" would be at least near a vacation spot. You're going to Ruston.
