Stage 5 clinger or not?

Hooked up with a nice divorcee about 2 weeks ago and have made regular visits since. She sends me a text after our conversation last night complaining that I have mentioned an ex a couple of times in our conversations and asked me if I was still hung up on her. Warning sign of a jealous clinger or is she right to call me out for even casually mentioning an ex in conversation with her?

She sounds perfect to me
If I were you I'd rush into starting a family with her

Make sure she doesnt know where you live.

Ex GF? Ex wife with whom you have children? If the former, she has a point. If the latter, not so much. Ex spouses are part of your life to some extent, especially if you share children. Does she talk about her ex?

Need pics of divorcee to fully determine stage of clingyness.

If you've seen here more than twice, then you're the clinger, not her.
And if yall only been hooking up two weeks and you won't quit talking about your ex, then you're an idiot.

I laid a divorcee in New York City. I had to put up some kind of a fight. The lady then she covered me in roses. She blew my nose and then she blew my mind.

Walt, I think Chicken should give you your own blog space... you're the Dr. Ruth of TD.
Dear Walt,
I mention my ex-gf a lot around this new girl I'm sexing. Should I get the new girl pregnant to let her know I'm serious about this relationship?

Ex GF (sort of). Someone I dated regularly for a few months but it never got real serious. Granted, I have mentioned her a few times in passing so she probably has a point. I do kinda like the new one. Just was curious if her confronting me on it raises any red flags that I have a clinger on my hands.

Here is some real advice.
Had a roommate in college. He broke up with a girl and started dating new chick. New chick complained to me once he talked about his ex too much. They broke up

Casually mentioning an ex in conversation? Big fricking deal. She's probably insecure

Don't know how many times you mentioned the ex, but some women take that shite personally. Makes them feel like your running a mental "compare and contrast", even though you're not and just carrying the conversation. That's way you use "This chick I used to know" or "This chick my roommate dated" instead of the ex's name.

I don't think you grasp the concept of clinger. She just doesn't want to hear your bullshite about some other chick. Would you want her chatting you up about the last guy she was fricking?

I usually say a friend. It isn't cool to some people to hear about exes. But everyone has them

I thought the same thing

Or she's thinking that she's wasting her time b/c the first time his ex comes back he's going to go back to her... b/c he's obviously still hung up on her.
Get over it, man.

Not enough info to determine if she's a clinger or not but stop talking about your ex and see what happens
