Then think about that as a place of honor. (Good feelings)

Then think about the poor grave diggers who had to dig vertical holes, because most of the in church burials are vertical to maximize honorees over the centuries. They did build those edifices for the ages.

The Cathedral of St. Louis King of France is the first "cathedral" west of the Mississippi River. It has a simplistic beauty. My daughter was married there.

Calvary Cemetery was a part of Kentucky politician Henry Clay's estate (Old Orchard Farm). His house was built in 1850 and was converted into a Catholic orphanage shortly after his death. It was torn down in the late 1930's.
