i friggin love southwest.

i've never had a bad experience with them to this date after about 20+ flights.

what all are you bringing with you? You're allowed a free personal item (16x14x12). That bag I posted earlier fits perfectly within their requirements.

I got a gym bag, ive been using as a carry on the last week flying all over, but im bringing a suit bag as well b/c im going to a wedding now.

gym bag should be good as your free personal item but you'll have to pay for the suit bag as a carryon if you didn't already. It's $45 if you do it right now online, $50 at the airport and $100 at the gate

I've flown on spirit twice. I didn't have any problems. Just print out your boarding pass before hand and pack light if you don't want to pay baggage fees.

They were on time for both of my flights.
Some people will find anything to complain about.

:keege: I'll definitely fly with them again. I guess it's differently if you're flying with others but if you're solo, it not bad at all.

ETA: same flight to Houston on United with the exit row seat would've been $100 more
