Spinoff from pol talk thread about Muslim woman who threw her baby off the roof after hiding pregnancy from her parents.
I knew of this chick who was in total denial that she was pregnant until her water broke. How is that possible?

Same thing happened to me with a lady at work. I asked where she was one day and someone told me she was having her baby. I had no idea she was pregnant and I saw her almost every day.

I've heard about people who were told there were infertile and didn't have regular periods so they didn't really suspect anything when they gained weight.
My kids all did somersaults in my belly, so I think I would freak out if my belly was moving and I didn't know I was pregnant.

yeah, i was in the navy...happens a lot. what happens more, at least i suspect, is knocking up some chick overseas and living your whole life without knowing you have a kid halfway around the world living in crushing poverty
