You don't have to go in for injections. You can do it at home and save money.

As for your question about the range...it doesn't work like that. You are either low or you aren't. They aren't going to get your diet and workout regimen. They are going to look at your numbers.

From my experience, testosterone did not make me feel remarkably better. Again, there is no magic bullet.

There was an HBO Real Sports episode years ago that spoke with a bunch of doctors and they concluded that they couldn't attribute even ONE death ever due to illegally used steroids so I think a little TRT is safe. In fact I would say as long as your doctor watched your blood and gets you to the high end of normal human levels it will help any mans quality of life.

Banking on that class action suit uh? lol

OP, finally ditching the worthless supplements and getting something that actually works?

Mu insurance pays for mine with a $10 copay per month. I take it home and self inject twice a month. And I am 51 with a T level of 135 so yes I needed it and it has made a big difference in the way I feel.

My brother in law swears by DHEA - he was late 40s when he found his T-levels low. It's a banned substance in the Olympics, but available over the counter at GNC.

Research it thoroughly, but it may be an option to boost levels if you aren't having other problems.

Here is the real answer. I am 45. Have been on the test therapy a few years. You need to go to a urologist , tell them u want your T level checked. They will do this test in the morning hours as this is when levels are the highest. Then if u are low will start u on a cycle that fits your needs. I do 1.4 cc every 10 days and a 10 cc bottle cost me 7 dollars on insurance plan. Now I read where someone said normal was 240-800. Well that's a big difference. My urologist wanted to see me in the 600. He said when they did the tests to see the average male that test subjects from 18-70 were involved. So maybe a 70 yr old should be 200. Not a 40 yr old. The results were great. No aches waking up like before, energy level up in the evenings and overall just felt better. Just make sure to stay on your cycle to the T. Try not and miss a few extra days or take to early

First off, Total T means very little. You need to know Total T, Free T, and SHBG.

Also, if you are overweight, forget about it. Your fat tissue turns T into estrogen via aromatase. More T just equals more E without an aromatase inhibitor.

Another thing to consider is "Am I willing to take this shite for the rest of my life."

It's pretty common for your body to down-regulate T production if you start taking it, so then you become somewhat dependent.
