Spin-off: Is it worth getting an MBA if you already have an MA?

I have a great job already, but thinking ahead, I think it would be a good thing to have to separate myself from people in my field. I know a lot depends on where you go, but is it worth the cost to simply have it on my resume for future use or no?

I feel like it's probably only worth it if you have a decent amount of experience and you know that the MBA will lead you to a particular position. I wouldn't get an MBA for the sake of getting it, unless those two things were true for me.
I'm in a similar situation; I have a masters, but no MBA.
