So, if court is not in session; will there be a warrant for my arrest?

How are they handling traffic court during this shutdown?

I got a notice for mine a few weeks back that just pushed the date back to June.

But yes, you will be arrested.

Normally play the game. Wait it out, do a conference with the DA, see if he will change it to a non moving violation and pay the fee.

Guess I’m going to have to hire a lawyer to get this moved.

Call the number or email. I would email so you have some evidence of the rescheduling when they respond. I called about one last week and it was rescheduled for July.

No warrant will be issued. All court dates during the lockdown will be continued without date. When the court re-opens, go in and get your new court date.
