I don’t see how tipping a porta potty over, with someone In it, isn’t an arrest-able offense. It should be classified as assault at the least.
To call it a “prank” is beyond ridiculous. If that is what you consider a prank then you should be fine with someone putting shite on your hamburger and letting you eat it. As you are in the hospital the doctor and lawyer can laugh and tell, “It’s just a prank, bro! Calm down, bro”.

So in my head im picturing tbis.
Cop has to fumble out of a sideways port o potty, the teens stand around and watch, then gets up and this teen then decides its time to draw his weapon for some reason. Cop quickdraws him and fires ONCE. Teen is hit, flees injured, cop doesnt chase or fails his pursuit.
Whoooole lot not adding up. Glad he got shot though :) i cant even picture what my emotional state would be. Im sure a good lawyer could get more than assault charged on the kid. Were talking about risk of disease here.
