Last time I flew SWA they had drink tickets. That's back when they were better than the big carriers. Now they are just a crappy airline like all the rest.
do they even give wing pins out to little kids anymore?

My very recent Southwest experience (but not related to this outage)
Flight boarding delayed for an hour (reason unknown)
Warning alarm after boarding and leaving the gate (couldn’t resolve and had to deplane and reboard another aircraft)
Missed connection due to delay
Rebooked on a later flight
Flight cancelled and rebooked for the next day
Had to pull checked bags and they were unable to locate for ~4 hours
Boarded the next day and finally made it to destination
Return flight:
Delayed for an hour (unknown reason)
Boarded and left the gate
Passenger demanded to get off plane (stated medical reason but refused treatment)
This delay caused the flight crew to max out on hours
Had to call for another flight crew which took another 4 hours
Caught the last connection of the day back to original airport.
Never again
