She said all they can do is try and pull over but that’s a lot of space they are taking up. They are 6 wide and 5 long. That’s pretty big.

That's a nasty bowing segment with a tor warning heading into Indianapolis. Warned for 80mph.

Honestly they are moving slow enough especially upriver on the MS that the worst of it will be gone
They'll still have to deal with the line and it'll suck but that's a lot more manageable than a super cell
If it's a huge issue someone should be asking the barge company WTH they were thinking sending them into this instead of mooring the barge up when there was a convenient opportunity earlier today

Gusts of 77 and 64mph on the southern end of that bowing segment in Indy south of the Speedway. The 64mph was at the airport.
