Because the lottery computer can tell if and where that ticket was sold almost immediately I'd imagine.

That doesn't mean the winning ticket didn't get lost or the person got hit by a bus driving home from the store, but they can tell if the winning ticket was sold and where in minutes. This isn't 1980.

Chino Hills is a pretty nice area. It is very, very similar to a place like Ruston, Louisiana or West minister, EBR
