Someone fill me in on the NOLA traffic cams again

I got a ticket for 40 in a 35. $110 fine on Paris Ave (by Holy Cross).
IIRC there were a number of threads on this sitution a while back.
I searched and didnt find anything
Do you people pay these or was there a way around it?

The unpaid ticket will be sent to collections and hurt credit score. No legal ramifications otherwise

Same here. When you park in the city, just make sure to back as close as possible to the car behind you so the mobile scanners can't read your plate
