Someone explain to me the “side part” vs “middle part” controversy between women

It's a lot harder for a woman to pull off the middle part. Cassie Randolph from the Bachelor pulled it off before she went full plastic surgery

Nothing to do with Facebook but I heard something, I can’t remember where I heard it but it was something about women are being judged by the way they part their hair.

Middle part (left) vs side part (right). IMO middle almost always looks better, probably because it's more symmetrical, same reason people are deemed to have more attractive faces based on how symmetrical they are.
