It's from a Facebook page. Maybe this guy Earl Wetzel knows?

Grew up going to MS gulf coast multiple times a year as a kid, so did my parents. Thanks for posting.

Dads favorite place to take us to eat was the old " Hook Line and Sinker" right past the Broadwater.

very fond memories of Biloxi as a child...Broadwater Beach, Friendship House, Baricevs, Marina, and the likes...sure do miss those days of family vacation

Such a beautiful area in the world before the casinos ruined everything.

McElroys was our go to, then take a walk around the marina. Also spent plenty of time at Fun Time USA and (I believe) Wet Willys next door.

Did Mendum Dees catch it, or just had a photo opp? I wonder how many people thought Dees caught it after looking at that picture?

There was a badass go cart track there back in the 90's I learned to make my signature 'pass on the outside' move.

Yep. I still remember the tepees in the back corner between the track and the train tracks.
I was also goofing around on my laptop while looking through that guys Facebook and saw a link dated Feb of 2015 about Fun Time reopening. Didn't dig any further tho.
