Some people have no business being a cop

I understand he is just a campus cop. But C'mon man. He is going to get someone killed by being so damn soft.

Pulls over a Keisha; of course, she has no business driving. She does the usual whining and crying. He gets her back in the car. Then gets her out to verify a warrant. Fails to handcuff her; she jumps back in the car and takes off. BTW, his partner, who was watching the kid, somehow ends up in the backseat as Keisha hauls arse. He pursues and gets her stopped. But instead of taking action to end this nonsense, he lets her drive away again!
