His pockets must be getting lined from it. Are these police jurors of any value? I’ve never heard anything good about any of them in these small towns. I guess no different than the crooked politicians in larger cities/parishes.

The Stream ranch in Ged (south of Vinton) will make serious bank. It is a depleted oilfield which was extremely prolific per acre. Lacasssane Company near Lake Arthur would love to pipe it down its own depleted oil/gas field which including rights to Lacassine National Wildlife Refuge (in perpetuity) At least, that is what its head, Nick Guillory told me a few years ago.

They are not pushing it they are engaging in it to take advantage of the 45Q tax credits and to satisfy activist investors who were pushing Net Zero 2030 goals.

Small world, eh? I wish them success. Don’t know the CK reference, but see someone explained it to you. He seems like a jerk (the police juror).

Yesterday, Today’s Country 105.7 fb page showed a small protest from a couple of days ago. And there is an update on Gov. Landry’s EO from today on the page. I guess it’s a Vernon Parish station.

How much money you think Allen and Vernon Parish have in their coffers for a prolonged lawsuit vs the State of Louisiana AND Exxon?

He’s the President now? I met him probably close to 15 years ago on a proposal. At the time he was one of the VPs.

Chad Thielen died in his sleep. Up to Nick, everyone who was head of the company was related to Gardner who went belly up trying to drain it for rice and to John Bel who put together the deal to bail him out and form the company as it is today. Though I think Charlie Noble was head at one time but he was considered family having been involved in so many oil deals with the Bels.

The best CO2 capture device out there is fricking tree. Plant a few, sit back and enjoy a cold one and admire your work
