Ed Pratt is an antiquated writer who hinges upon being a racist. Oh, that's right..only white folks can be racists!
His theory holds some truths. It is tough to grow up and flourish with the home life some of these kids are accustomed to. But news flash, Ed: Who is ultimately to blame for their failure? Start pointing your black finger at the root cause. Black lives matter but blacks fail their own.

I remember when a federal judge redrew the district lines in ouachita parish in the late 70's. It changed the city of Monroe forever.
