Did you change the highlighted zip code to a Baton Rouge one? It shows 1:26 for peak when I go to that link.

EDIT: Oh, you must be going by the first link. That time is based off of UT (or a Greenwich Mean???). Try the second link (or this one) and change your zip code in the highlighted area. It will give you the right time.

Wish it was a weekend day. That much low sun light and then sun setting later would make great day to hang out outside

I'll be on a flight into New Orleans coming from Dallas at about 1000 on the morning of the 21st. Should be pretty interesting.

You're right, I assumed the time zone was CST. That's almost as bad as assuming someone's gender. @ me.

This morning I thought I had the date wrong, but it was just your mom walking past the window.

I'll be honest... I don't get the appeal of this.

I'm sure I'm being a dumbass but what's the best way to get 2 pair of legit eclipse glasses? I followed the link and the smallest amount they'd sell me is 50 of them for like $75

Best thing I've found so far was 3 pair for $14 from Walmart but they are no longer available and I couldn't tell if they were legit or not anyways

Welding goggles or glass rated 14 or better is fine. Look at lowes, etc.
