I know a girl who worked in the athletic program at LSU. She "recruited" for the football team. She got caught up "recruiting" some of the administration and players so she went to Ole Miss. She couldn't help but "recruit" some of the staff and active players there too. She's now at Texas.
I'm not sure you have the same skill set as her but good luck if you're into that type of thing.
