The killer in charlotte screamed I got me a white girl after he attacked her. He didn’t attack any of the black passengers on the train. And yet every attempt has been made to say it was not racially motivated and this is just a mentally ill person.
Imagine that argument if a white man attacked an innocent black girl. You think anyone would be accepting of that nonsense?

Because the English language dictates it should be capitalized

Are you dense? I made my point. If it was a white man, there would be no question it was racially motivated.
Her murder wasn’t even being covered until social media forced the issue. I can promise you that wouldn’t have been the case if roles were reversed.
The answer to your question is of course any race can be racist. However, that’s not how most people have been conditioned to think or believe.
