Keto diet solved my snoring problem,
Is it a known correlation? Just wondering. As I wrote earlier I did a low carb diet contest, so I lost a lot of weight quick, and my ex said my snoring dropped a lot. Wondering if it's the weight loss or keto style diet.
OP...get tested, and se your options I have a college buddy who had a massive mask. Poor guy didnt need more self cock blocking him, either. I believe theyve gotten a lot smaller.

How long did it take? I’ve been on one for 2 months now, I’m finally getting to where it doesn’t bother me so much and I can regulate my breathing pretty good, but I only sleep for an hour then I’m wide awake and can’t go back to sleep. I get up for work at 5:30 so I get aggravated and take it off. I’m determined to beat this damned thing, but it’s taking forever.
The scary part was the sleep study revealed my blood oxygen was falling below 70%, and I would stop breathing 40 times an hour (on average).

Lose weight before you do anything.

Simple solution: sleep in separate rooms.....seriously
I thought we were weird. I snore and like a fan on/window cracked. She hates my snoring and needs to be in a warm oven.
I love sleeping separately. We each take a dog and sleep like babies.
Plus I don't have to hear the bitching every morning about how I kept her up
