Look, I pay a pretty penny for my life and health policies. I'm not leaching off some state run exchange looking for a handout. If I wanna smoke, I've earned the privilege and been given the right.
Quit trying to legislate every last little bit of freedom i have to enjoy my life the way I want.

Since the rowdy post college days I don't recall being anywhere where people smoked inside a residence. Yes, it's trashy, x 1M if it's a family setting.

A cigg in the morning with some diet dew is the best feeling if the day.
I'm not gonna ruin that by having to walk outside in the 100% humidity. I smoke for my pleasure, not to be miserable. It's my pleasure.

I quit smoking for 18 years.

I smoke and yeah, it's a terrible habit and an addiction. However smoking in the house or inside anywhere imo is rude. It's also rude imo to "fire one up" outside around non smokers and that's why I go out my way to stay clear of people when I do smoke.
