Great for sports. All the ESPNs and SEC network if you get the extra 5 bucks a month package. It's the only reason I bought it when I cut the cord for live sports. Has a lot of great channels too but I don't really watch TV anymore. 30$ a month isn't a bad price make sure you have a good internet connection to run it though.

It's terrible. ESP during sporting events. The apps are garbage and stream quality sucks.

I keep it just for WatchESPN.

It was pointless. Cancelled after one month.

My experience, too. Canceled it, which is a shame because I was looking forward to LSU baseball season with it. Maybe YouTube's service will be better.

FTR, my xbox is hardwired and I have decent internet speeds and the quality still sucked. It would look great for a couple minutes, then turn to garbage for a couple minutes.

Yep.

I've never experienced such shtty quality on something that cost this much. I have YouTube Red and look forward to their TV service.

If your inquiry is for cord cutting, there are a couple better options out there. Head to the Tech board, there are several threads on different options.

Canceled after a month due to poor streaming of live sports. However, this was on an xbox, and it's my understanding that it runs much smoother on a roku or similar

Nope. Runs like shtt on everything I've touched.

The servers are shtt. Period.

Same. I keep it for watch ESPN and a couple of apps like that. I can just run them on my phone and chromecast them to my TV or on their Roku app. The overall picture quality on the sling app is shite.

You will end up using watchespn for any sporting event you care about since the streaming quality is much better.

If you are morally flexible just get an Amazon fire stick with kudi and find a watchespn account you can use.
