TC attempted to be picky and high end at first but then the economy crashed. Now it will look just like every other mall area along the interstate. I thought it was funny that Twin Peaks has been denied 3 times by St. Tammany parish. They tried to get into Mandeville, Town Center, and Oak Harbor. Slidell trying to keep it classy.
