Slidell Pill Mill Doc pleads guilty

Prescribing without actually visiting the patients, who paid cash for their "visits".

Here is what I find more interesting:

So basically, the fedgov is paying for the opioid habit. How lovely!

Our tax dollars are spent knocking down big pharma's competition on it as well. Awesome

Doctors have been doing this for years. Just look at Anti-Biotics not working. I don't think they saw the Opiod crisis coming. It was just business as usual for them. Prescribe and make money only this time it blew up.
