Since We Dont Have A Health Board.....Anyone Here Use Bee Pollen???

My fiancee is a health nut and works out all the time, she made me a smoothie this morning with Bee Pollen and I just couldnt help but laugh. $13 for a little bottle of the stuff. Is this a legit supplement or did she get hosed. I googled the benefits and I guess im curious the difference between bee pollen and honey. Her trainer apparently sold her on the benefits but it just sounds a tad ridiculous to me. FWIW it tasted good in the smoothie, like honey basically.

13 bucks for a little bottle?!?? Find someone who sells local honey, and you can get a pound of it for that much.
