That's a level of stupidity and delusion that can't be reasoned with under ANY circumstances. That this person was affiliated with the mayor in any official capacity is an indictment on her (as if there aren't plenty other examples) judgment and fitness for office. Baton Rouge government is a clown show and a flat out embarrassment.
