Mudbug Madness is happening downtown this weekend. So you could go there for crawfish.

Nobel Savage has really good food as well as a great beer/liquor selection. I think they have the best burger in town. Usually have wild game available.

I recently discovered Lucky Palace. Its a high end Chinese restaurant in a trashy motel in Bossier across from Diamond Jacks. They boast to have the best wine selection in town. The food is amazing. Duck Pancakes are some of the greatest things I have ever eaten. I promise you will love it.

Two Johns is the best Steakhouse in town (Bossier City). It actually rates in the top Steakhouses in the country. Better than Superior Steakhouse. Also try the Cub for steak.

Superior Bar and Grill for Mexican food. Do not go to Oyster Bar, it sucks.

Herby K's is worth the trip.

Lil Italian'o or Chianti are the best for Italian.

Sushi Gen best for Sushi.

Go to Great Raft Brewery as well.

Frank's, Twisted Root, Rotolo's, El Compadre and Byronz are all in my regular rotation

Yes to Franks, Twisted Root, and El Compadre. El Compadre for the fish tacos. Made with Red Snapper.

Rotolos is a sh*t version of Frank's.
Byrons is bland.

I'm curious to see how Flying Heart Brewery's tasting room stacks up against Great Raft's.

I would eat at Oyster Bar Friday night then walk over to Superior steakhouse and have some drinks in the bar afterwards. Big arse bar room that gets pretty busy weekend nights.

Saturday hit up Mudbug Madness and then you have plenty to do in the downtown area afterwards. Blind tiger/stray cats/noble savage/El Dorado will keep you busy.

I would like to second this. I never tell people to go there though because I feel like they will take one look at the place in the parking lot and turn around. But it is delicious.

Its ok.

Flying heart beer is not as good as Great Raft. Flying Heart strays away from the hops, whereas as Great Raft embodies hops in almost every beer. Flying Heart does have a wider variety though, and is probably easier to drink for those not as into kraft beer. The Milk Stout was Flying Hearts best beer. It has flavor but is not as heavy as other Milk Stouts.

Flying Heart's venue is a patio and is open to the outside. I do like that aspect much more the Great Raft. Not as large though.
