I couldn’t figure out why Venus Williams pulled out the crip walk when it was crips that killed her sister back in the day.

Isn't it comical when people bemoan America for it's history of slavery and racism and yet glorify their African heritage and roots, even though Africa today has double the estimated slaves that ever walked on the shores of the United States?

Africa has enslaved more black people and for exponentially longer periods of time than the US ever dreamed of.

Don't forget the part where they were not allowed to have an equal education so we can rail on how uneducated they are.

Fun fact: unless you're pretty young, your parents attended school when segregation was alive and well.

This is such a washed out talking point, it's almost pitiful at this point. We can dance around the issue all we want and blame others all we want but the facts are the facts.

In 1963, the percentage of births to unwed mothers were...

Whites - less than 5%
Blacks - 24% depending on your source

Then came the Civil Rights Act of 1964. With this landmark legislation, things should've clearly improved for minorities in this country, right?

Let's look at those percentages today.

Whites - 30%
Blacks - 78%
Asians - 11%

Can you explain why, in a society with undeniably more equitable laws today than in the early 1960's, single motherhood has exploded in the manner it has? Keep in mind the risk factors associated with single motherhood which include increased risks of mental health issues like depression and anxiety, higher instances of substance abuse, behavioral difficulties, lower academic achievement, economic hardship, social isolation, increased risk taking behavior and higher occurrences of legal issues due to lack of support and supervision etc. Is it possible that the degradation of the nuclear family and exponential increase of single motherhood has ushered in this era we are experiencing today, not the fact that there were slaves in this country over a century ago?

Furthermore, why if the United States is designed for the success of Whites, are Whites not the highest household income demographic?

According to the US Census Bureau in 2022 Asian Americans are lapping the field in the US for household income.

Asians - $106,954
Whites - $79,933
Multiracial - $69,704
Blacks - $51,374

It would seem the higher the married birth rate, the higher the household income.

No one rejects, as Froman attempted to assert, that Blacks were treated horribly at points in this country's history. That's not what's going on today though. Today's biggest issue is the indoctrination that has culturally been taken hook, line and sinker that nuclear families don't matter and it's the fault of the establishment as to why success rates aren't what we want them to be. There are a few simple ways to not end up poor in America

1) Graduate High School
2) Get a full time job
3) Don't have children before you're married

If you ignore step #3, you're way less likely to find success with #1 & #2. If you don't find success with any of the three, you're more likely to end up in jail. Almost 2/3's of incarcerated people in America are parents to at least one minor child and the overwhelming majority of imprisoned parents are fathers. Stop having unprotected sex and making kids you can't won't take care of, marry their mom first before you get her pregnant, graduate high school before any of those steps and get a full time job. It'll revolutionize the opportunity your children have.

TLDR: Quit blaming everyone else and take some responsibility for your actions.
