No. We don’t sanction vigilante justice in our society.

You can, however, throw bricks into the intersection with the expectation that the car will stop and brick will fall harmlessly to the ground. If said car does not stop, well...actions have consequences.

Cops don't think speed limits apply to them.

There is a stop sign I do roll through a lot. I hate stop signs on small medians, neutral grounds, that should be yields. Like I have to cross three lanes of traffic come to a complete stop and cross three more lanes of traffic. If I have a window for all six, that stop sign isn't there in my mind.

Each of us should be equipped with a dart gun that fires a dart that sticks to a vehicle. You are able to fire the gun and attach a dart to a car when they do stupid shite while driving. When a vehicle gets 5 darts, they get ticketed and a reprimand. Any more, they have to give up their DL for 6 mumfs. Each dart has a tiny flag with the words “dumb arse” on it.

No. Considering about 90% of stop signs I see could and should be yield signs based on visibility and approach speed.

It's incredibly inefficient both from a fuel mileage standpoint, wear and tear on your vehicle and for flowing traffic to have to come to a complete stop at most intersections. This is why Traffic Engineers are making more use of roundabouts on highways now.
