You could always have another agent review your policies. It can'y hurt.

You have to be proactive. Agents don't know shite.

They also can't help you once they've sold you a policy or any kind of financial instrument. Their work is done at that point.

If your agent is ignorant of the contents of what they write/sell they may have committed fraud.

How can they answer a question about the policy without knowing the content? Words have meaning, not knowing the words means not knowing their meanings, results in not knowing what they are contractually obligating themselves and you to.

Ignorance is bliss, until you stupidly commit a crime and become someone else's prison bitch.
