You can literally pick up a dog on the side of the road for free.

No shite, I'm referring to people insuring dogs they paid a good amount for. I know some cats cost that much but the majority of kittens are given away for free.

I love dogs, but I’d have a hard time shelling out 5 or 6 grand for some damn surgeries.
