Article says they have him on video entering a bathroom and then later they found the gun in a trashcan in the bathroom with one spent round.

I don't think anyone in the article says they actually saw him with the gun or firing the gun, though. Just that he was in the crowd the gunshot came from and he was later seen on camera entering and leaving a room where the gun was later found.

I suspect a good defense attorney is either going to get the charges dropped or greatly reduced in a plea bargain.
