Stand your ground doesn't apply from a vehicle. You wouldn't walk in FL

you walk up to my vehicle in traffic and lay a finger on me through my window watch what happens.
Spoken like a true pussy carrying a gun.
Did you miss the part in you CCL classes about responsibility for knowing when and w3hen not to use your weapon?

.texting(and shining a bright light into the people behind him)
Right, everyone that texts in a theatre holds the phone up so everyone behind them can see the screen
If you're going to try to make a witty comment, don't forget the wit next time.

That's not what the eyewitness said, but OK.

No shite. So you're just a gun toting in your car pussy then?

I'm sure LA has a law on firing a weapon from a vehicle. You might want to sign up for a CWP class because you don't know shite.

and dont sit here and try to pretend like you are some big conservative because you support this murderer shooting a guy in the theater. that doesnt make you a conservative, it just makes you a dumb frick.

He living up to his ignorant racist stereotype very well in this thread.

Yes, because for every physical assault you're allowed to shoot the other person. He needs to show he was in fear for his life for stand your ground to even apply. And I'm pretty sure it's objective, not subjective.

Nowhere. The only eyewitness account only said "there was an altercation. Popcorn was thrown, not sure by whom. Then shots were fired." That's it. And I'm pretty sure attack by popcorn will not give legal use of lethal force.

No details on how the final confrontation got physical, but I'm sure we will hear soon enough.
If throwing popcorn is what got the younger guy shot, then the old guy is going to be in trouble.

Pretty sure it's more small minded to shoot no matter how trivial the altercation is.

Nocco said his detectives considered if the case qualified under the state's controversial "stand your ground law," which permits residents to employ deadly force if they fear imminent danger, but decided the criteria did not apply, MyFoxTampaBay.com reported.
