Castle Kirk is part of Magnolia Woods which is a really desirable neighborhood. The worst parts of Mayfair are back toward Perkins and to the east. I guess the suspect element has moved further toward Highland in recent years. It's a shame that it has to encroach upon such a nice area like that.
