But even then people will at least have to admit that Muslims hate gay people.
Right?
it will be spun into somehow being a vestige of western imperialism or influence
even though the west is BY FAR the most accepting of gay rights

NBC also just reported they have confirmed he was radicalized by propaganda but not saying what kind of propaganda

These Muslim shooters seem to always be on the "watchlist." Why do we have the NSA spying on every single citizen's phone data when they still don't stop any terrorist attacks. We're basically giving up our privacy for nothing
To be fair, we can also look the the NRA who always touts that people should be free to own guns even if on a watchlist, unless they've committed a crime.

If he's a Muslim, Trump just won Florida.

It's gonna be hard to make this a gun control/background check issue considering the guy worked as a security guard for a large company who often did security for the federal government (requiring an extensive background check). If anything this more effectively proves the conservative belief that no amount of background checks or gun control can stop a determined person from getting a gun and doing something like this. What could have stopped it is 10 or 15 people in that club having a concealed pistol.

they should
the "Watchlist" argument is so terrible
there was a time when liberals were against the watch list for being anti-freedom and lacking due process

NBC said he had a security guard license and weapons training
And the 9/11 terrorist were pilots. That's what these people do. They take their attacks seriously. They train for them so they will be efficient. This isn't mental illness or someone snapping and going on a rampage.

Umm. Yes. I could be on a watchlist for saying I disagree with Obamacare.
So now I don't get to own a gun legally even though I'm licensed to do so?

This is why you don't spout off until you know the facts. That goes for both sides.

the only way a background check could likely have stopped him getting guns is if we restricted muslims from having guns
note: i'm not advocating this, just completing the logical leaps

If he would have targeted a different club, there would have been people with concealed weapons. Most likely without permits.

Leaves the door open for interpretation. That damn Trump propaganda

Report is that about 30 of the victims were rounded up and killed after the police were preparing to storm the place.
Some people were able to run away.
Some people were able to run away.

One guy can't do this alone. Authorities are withholding information that they do not want to be made public
Posted on 6/12/16 at 10:06 am to SlowFlowPro
It's going to be funny to see the liberals do a complete 180 again with regards to watchlists and NSA spying if Trump gets elected. They were all against that stuff before when W was in the White House.

Yep. I know several clubs where this guy wouldn't have gotten more than 3 or 4 shots off.
