North Phoenix is a dump IMO. Cheaply built new homes, far from everything and not very classy people. Arcadia is nice but like PV I almost consider it a part of Scottsdale. Also like PV you have to be a multimillionaire to own a home there but I guess they do have apartments.

Gotcha. Its really not THAT bad. Sure its old, run down and filled with Mexicans and white trash but its not dangerous or anything.
