THIS. I don't know how many times I held stuff I was selling on CL and then got burned.
I had a nice washer/dryer set I was holding for someone last week. It was a nice lady, I held it all week and then Friday she calls and says she doesn't want it. I had turned down many other calls.
That was going to be extra spending money for my trip. (my used sales pay for my traveling habits)

So from now on, I'm not holding anything ever.
