Tbh I really don't eat much sugar. Greasy fried foods are my killer. Yea I'll drink a bunch of mountain dew when I'm working a train but that's ti stay awake.

By the way, and I'm actually being totally serious here, that makes you crash. You should try straight caffeine without the sugar. You'll avoid the crash that way, whether through coffee or caffeine pills or whatever.

We drive to Denver or Lincoln every now and again. Usually will also go to Costco and other stores we don't have in Alliance. Usually bring a cooler
