Now about prison and rehabilitation. If we are goi g to let these predators back into society, rehabilitation is a must. Castrate them, medicate them and put them thru heavy counseling before letting them out.

I don't get the ankle monitor requirement. He did his prison time and now he's a registered sex offender which is very burdensome. He's already barred from being near the victim or any other kids. There's no ankle monitor requirement as a sex offender, nor is he on parole. I don't know if that is a legal sentence.
Of course on the flip side it was a plea deal he agreed to which avoided a possible life sentence with the Agg rape.
