Too much fiber. Your body can't digest it so it ferments inside your digestive track. Go carnivore for a few weeks and watch your overall health improve.

I’m kinda having the same issue but with my pee. Even if it’s light in color it has a strong odor.

Same. I’ve been having all sorts of unpleasant GI symptoms for years. Started a few months after getting the Covid vaccine. It was like a light switch turned on for me. I went from being completely normal with no GI issues, to miserable symptoms. No clue if the jab had anything to do with it, but I’m guessing it did, since I’ve had every test imaginable and docs can’t find anything but mild gastritis, mild diverticulosis, and moderate fatty liver. Haven’t taken a normal shite since it started…
Sorry for too much information, but I’m grasping at straws at this point after spending $10k+ on doctor visits, tests, procedures etc. I’m 46 years old.
