If this is a hate crime, I would be looking in that particular neighborhood for the suspect. No way they knew what the race of the first victim was unless they lived around that neighborhood. I doubt they drove around until they saw a person of color and then dropped the package off. With that being victim zero, I would bet the suspect is nearby and it was planned out, the next ones may be in target neighborhoods (IDK about what kind of neighborhoods the other victims lived in).
It's scary though. I rarely remember what I order when I'm on online shopping mode - and I have Amazon prime and am always clicking and ordering things.

Apparently these boxes had a handwritten address instead of a printed label.

I think it's horrible. I'm not sure how long it takes to build a pipe bomb, but if this person continues to be successful in these strikes - there's going to be a lot more of this. It started with one with the first attack and now 2 in one day.

Forensic analysis has come a long way since the Unabomber. I expect they will wrap this up pretty quickly.
