More than likely not, but the big thing about finding any form of life on either is that it shows that it's not unique to Earth. Could it have travelled from one of the moons to Earth and that's what sparked life? Maybe. But more likely than not is that we would have found evidence of the emergence of life from two distinct and separate times which opens up the universe with possibilities.
